Main Applications
The device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries. It is also suitable for distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to the needs of users, the device can be distilled according to dilute alcohol of about 30 °C to 90 °C to 95 °C alcohol. The finished alcohol degree is required to be higher, and the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output is reduced accordingly.

The unit uses highly efficient metal stainless steel packing. The distillation tower is made of stainless steel to prevent iron filings from plugging the tower and prolonging the life of the unit. In this device, stainless steel is used in parts such as condensers, surge tanks, and cooling coils to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The distillation kettle adopts a detachable U-shaped heating tube, and the U-shaped heating tube can be pulled out of the kettle during the inspection to facilitate cleaning the outer wall of the heating tube and the wall of the distillation pot. The device can be produced intermittently or semi-continuously and continuously.
