The reactor consists of a pot body, a pot cover, a mixer, an electric heating oil clamp, a support and transmission device, a shaft encapsulation device, an oil spill tank, etc., and is equipped with an electric heating rod, a temperature and a pressure gauge.
Owing to different production processes and operating conditions, the formation of stir usually has anchor, slurry, turbine, propulsion or frame. There are two kinds of support pedestals: suspension type and support type.
The heat conducting oil is placed in the jacket and heated by the electric heating rod. On the jacket, there are nozzle holes for inlet, outlet, overflow measurement, vent, electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with a support, and the lower part of the pot body is provided with a discharge opening.
