Scraper film evaporator

The scraper type thin film evaporator is a high-efficiency evaporation and distillation device which uses a high-speed rotation to uniformly distribute a liquid to evaporate or distill. It can also perform unit operations such as deodorization, defoaming reaction, heating and cooling, and can be widely applied to medium and medium. Western pharmaceutical, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries.      
The centrifugal scraping plate thin film evaporator adopts foreign advanced technology and has a leading position in the field of domestic scraping film evaporator. This equipment has been used as the main engine of the "scraper type vacuum smelting unit" and won the third prize of the State Pharmacy Administration for Science and Technology Progress.
Performance and characteristics
This equipment adopts centrifugal sliding groove rotor, which is the latest structural evaporator in foreign countries. It can also form a film when the flow rate is small. The sludge in the treatment liquid attached to the inner wall surface of the evaporation section of the cylinder can be quickly moved by the movable scraper. Removal, compared with the fixed gap scraper evaporator, the evaporation can be increased by 40%-69%, and it has the following performance and characteristics:   
The heat transfer coefficient is high, the evaporation capacity is large, the evaporation strength can reach 200kg/m2·hr, and the thermal efficiency is high.
The material heating time is short, about 5 seconds to 10 seconds, and working under vacuum conditions is more advantageous for heat sensitive materials, keeping the various components without any decomposition and ensuring product quality.
Adaptable to a wide range of viscosity changes, high and low viscosity materials can be processed, the material can be as high as a million centipoise (CP) per year.
By changing the direction of rotation of the squeegee groove, it is possible to adjust the material handling practice in the evaporator.
The inner wall of the evaporating section cylinder is precision boring and polished, and the surface is less likely to cause coking and scaling.
Easy to operate, easy to adjust product specifications, and can be controlled continuously for continuous production under closed conditions.
The equipment has a small footprint, simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy cleaning.
