The thin film evaporator is composed an evaporator, a vapor-liquid separator, a preheater and a simple separator, and the evaporator is a rising film type tube heat exchanger. The evaporator has the characteristics of large production capacity, high efficiency, short heating time of materials, etc. It is suitable for concentration of dilute solution in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. The contact parts of the equipment and materials are made of stainless steel and have good corrosion resistance. Durable and meets the requirements of pharmaceutical hygiene.       

Note: The high position tank, rotor flow meter, steam trap, process valve and pipeline are taken care of by the user. If need, please indicate when signing the contract.
